A List of Fertility Clinics Across Canada

Let me get right to it. Your proximity to a fertility clinic isn’t the same as every other Canadian. It varies widely across the country. No territory has a full service fertility clinic, while some provinces have very few or none, and almost all fertility clinics are located in major cities. That has significant implications for many, many families and couples and perhaps you’re one of them. It’s life altering for some of us. Listen to this podcast Beat Infertility to learn more.

But with this reality there are possibilities. Whether you’re researching fertility clinics to find a second or third opinion or doing research on your very first, you’re not doing this search alone. You might lean on fellow fertility warriors, support group members, your family doctor, friends or family who have gone through fertility struggles, and Fertility Coaches, Counsellors, Acupuncturists, Naturopaths and/or Instagram strangers.

The process of gaining knowledge and insight from others can be an empowering part of the process and, for many couples, leads to a healthy live birth sooner. That’s my tip for the day and if it doesn’t resonate with you, that’s OK too.

Trio	Toronto	Specializes in reproductive immunology. Lower cost hotel rates available for patients at two hotels nearby: Delta Chelsea and Marriott Eaton Centre.
	Mississauga	Dr. Chaula Mehta is the doctor here. Main clinic is in Toronto
	North York	Plus also affiliated with Dr. Tanya Williams
	Whitby	Part of the Ontario Fertility Network. Main clinic is in Toronto.
	Durham/Oshawa	Main clinic is in Toronto.

Lakeridge Fertility	Whitby	It is part of the Ontario Fertility Network; can do IUI here but only monitoring for IVF at this location.
Nahal Fertility	Richmond Hill	This clinic has an IVF guaranteed program.
Markham Fertility	Markham	Drs. Wais and Garcia speak publicly on social media and on talks with the public about fertility advice.
IVF Canada	Markham	This clinic boasts having the very first IVF pregnancy in Canada.
	Toronto	This clinic location is near Scarborough.
Tripod Fertility	North York	Started in 2015 by two doctors who are married. Can self refer.
York Fertility	York	The clinic shares a lab and unofficially partners with Markham Fertility Centre.
Dream Fertility	Oshawa	Partners with Markham Fertility for IVF but IUI is done in-house. Can self refer.
	Durham	Satellite clinic, with Markham.
Etobicoke Fertility	Etobicoke	IUI only, no IVF
Charm Fertility	Etobicoke	Paybright options to finance fertility services are available for all locations.
	Oakville	The building site is called Oakville Fertility & Woman’s Health Centre.
	Brampton	Slightly different hours in Charm Fertility Brampton clinic.

First Steps Fertility	North York	Includes naturopathic options in-house. Can self refer.
Generation Fertility	Vaughn	Formerly names Procrea. Also has clinics in Quebec and Manitoba. One of few clinics in Canada with a speciality in chromosome disorders.
	New Market	Main clinic is in Vaughn.
RCC	Mississauga	Reproductive Care Centre (RCC) was established in 1999.
	Oakville	Payment can be made through PayBrightat at either location.
One Fertility	Burlingon	Full service fertility clinic, partnered with Ontario Network of Experts in Fertility.
One Fertility KW	Kitchener-Waterloo	Full service fertility clinic, partnered with Ontario Network of Experts in Fertility.
HART	Hamilton	Hamilton Assisted Reproductive Technologies (HART) Fertility Centre serves the whole Niagara region. IUI only but works with patients to do IVF monitoring.
Barrie Fertility	Barrie	This clinic is part of the Ontario Fertility Network.
Orillia Fertility	Orillia	They do IUI in-house but not IVF, although partners with CreAte to do IVF.
Niagara Fertility	Niagara	This clinic is part of the Ontario Fertility Network.
	Stoney Creek	Only IUI at this location.
Trio KW	Waterloo	This clinic is part of the Ontario Fertility Network.
Juno Fertility	Waterloo	Their website includes photos of babies born from assistance with Juno. IVF is performed at Anova Fertility.
KARMA	Kitchener	Kitchener Area Reproductive Medicine Associates (KARMA). Their laboratory is in-house. Can self refer.
KHSC	Kingston	Kingston Health Sciences Centre (KHSC) is closed for 2 months of the summer. IVF is offered only with parter clinic Ottawa Fertility Clinic.
Victory Reproductive Care	Windsor	Dr. Victory is a fertility doctor who goes live on Instagram and YouTube weekly to give advice. The clinic discourages PGT-A.
	Sarnia	Only IUI is done at this location.
~~LHSC~~	~~Lond~~on	~~London Health Sciences Centre (LHSC) – The Fertility Clinic. This option is within a hospital. The laboratory is not in-house.~~
Omega	London	Affiliation including egg retrieval is done at LHSC (see above).
OriginElle	Ottawa	OriginElle Fertility Clinic & Women’s Health Centre partners with their Montreal clinic. Can self refer.
Ottawa Fertility	Ottawa	Many Newfoundland residents choose this clinic for IVF because of its partnership with Newfoundland Fertility Clinic.
NEO Fertility	Sudbury	The clinic is part of the Northern Eastern Ontario (NEO) Women’s Health Network. IVF isn’t offered in-house but partners with Anova Fertility to offer IVF where egg retrieval would be done (see above).
North Shore Fertility Centre	Thunder Bay	IUI only at this facility. Located at 194 Court Street North.
Twig Fertility	Toronto	Opened fall 2021. It has a lab director and lab in-house. Can self refer. Not receiving government funding
Evolve	Toronto	A clinic only for egg freezing.

New Brunswick

Quebec

MUHC	Montreal	McGill University Health Centre (MUHC) is part of a hospital network and is not considered a private clinic like others in Quebec.
Clinique Ovo	Montreal	There are many research projects published from this clinic.
	Rive Sud	There are many research projects published from this clinic.
Procrea	Montreal	They also have clinics in Ontario and Manitoba. It is one of few clinics across Canada with a speciality in chromosome disorders.
	Quebec City	One of few clinics across Canada with a speciality in chromosome disorders.
	Gatineau	One of few clinics across Canada with a speciality in chromosome disorders.
	Vaudreuil	One of few clinics across Canada with a speciality in chromosome disorders.
CNY	Montreal	Procedures are done in New York State or partnering CNY, but monitoring and ultrasounds are done locally. CNY is known for being low cost and innovative.
Montreal Fertility	Montreal	The clinic is well set up for international patients also.
OriginElle	Montreal	Full name is OriginElle Fertility Clinic & Women’s Health Centre. It is not open on weekends.
Brunswick Medical	Montreal	Procedures are done at MUHC (see above).
	Pointe-Claire	Procedures are done at MUHC (see above).
Fertilys	Laval	Their website is comprehensive and they are known to be patient-centred.

Newfoundland & Labrador

NL Fertility Clinic	St.John’s	Newfoundland and Labrador Fertility Services is within Eastern Health and does offers IUI and other fertility services but IVF is only offered in partnership with Ottawa Fertility Centre where you must travel for egg retrieval.

NORTHWEST TERRITORIES

There is no fertility clinic that offers IVF or IUI in the territory. The starting point would be talking to a family doctor.

NOVA SCOTIA

NUNUVUT

There is no fertility clinic that offers IVF or IUI in the territory. The starting point would be talking to a family doctor.

PRINCE EDWARD ISLAND

There is no fertility clinic that offers IVF or IUI in the province. Funding for IUI or IVF is paid partially by the PEI government through the Fertility Treatment Program based on your household income and the procedures are done out of province.

SASKATCHEWAN
